Sean from Imperium Pest Control was brilliant from start to finish. He came out within 24 hours of my first call about a wasps’ nest in our cavity wall and was so friendly, reassuring, and professional. He explained everything clearly and made sure we stayed safe by keeping us away from the back garden while the wasps were agitated.When the activity didn’t fully stop, he didn’t hesitate to come back out again. After talking through where the nest might be, he treated the additional areas straight away. He’s also made it clear that if we still see activity after 24 hours, he’ll return again without hesitation.Imperium Pest Control have been fantastic — quick to respond, great communication, and genuinely caring. We have been using Imperium since they first started and they are excellent in every way. They are easy to contact, respond quickly to our needs and provide an extremely comprehensive professional service. We have always dealt with Daran who is extremely personable and knowledgeable. We have a big problem with moths in our old house and they are excellent at keeping these under control. In addition we have used them to destroy the occasional wasp and hornets nest as well. I cannot recommend imperium pest control enough. I had a suspected case of bed bugs due to myself waking up with bites on a few occasions. I'm very pleased to say my mind is put a rest. The technician was very knowledgeable, he inspected everything thoroughly and explained to me that he could see no signs of an infestation. He left me with some bug tape to see if anything does appear and to keep him updated. He turned up promptly and on time.
